Fun and trendy rubber flooring with recycled content

Post installation protection and maintenance of Jazz flooring should be specified by the designer/architect. Jazz flooring products in most cases do not come pre-sealed, therefore the flooring after installation should not be subjected to dirt, dust, debris and potential damage from the surrounding construction activities.

We recommend that the specifier should determine which party will be responsible for the initial cleaning and sealing of the floor. To perform the initial cleaning, brush the surface with a stiff bristle broom and then vacuum and dust mop until it is totally clean. Allow to dry thoroughly.

It is required that all Jazz floors be coated with two coats of ECOsheen sealer which should be applied with a 10mm nap roller prior to use. Provide sufficient curing time between coats as well as after the final coat before allowing foot traffic (this should be at least 24 hours).

It is recommended that daily/regular cleaning should be performed by sweeping, dust moping or vacuuming to remove all dust, dirt and debris. For heavy cleaning use a solventless heavy cleaning agent.

It is recommended that Jazz flooring from time to time, when the look calls for it, be re-sealed with ECOsheen following the standard ECOsheen application procedures.
