Installation

May be surface-mounted using a 10mm ramp matwell system or recessed in the proprietary 10mm matwell. Must be on a firm, flat surface. For optimum performance, installation in a weather-protected area is recommended.

Shuttle mats are all custom-made to client’s specifications by Advance Flooring. We manufacture in New Zealand, to our own patented design, for prompt and timely delivery.

Easy to clean

Like our other entrance mats, Shuttle gathers and traps large quantities of dirt and dust in the heavy wear carpet infills. Regular maintenance is therefore essential for optimum performance. Visual inspection will show when Shuttle needs to be lifted for more thorough cleaning; otherwise leave in place for daily maintenance with a commercial vacuum cleaner.

5-year wear & performance guarantee

Shuttle has a 5-year warranty on wear and performance, conditional on correct installation and maintenance as per manufacturer’s instructions. Detailed fitting, maintenance and cleaning instructions are supplied with each mat.
